When you rent from ELEVATED ENTERTAINMENT, we want you to be happy with your rental gaming rides. So, if you need to cancel an online online order with refund of money, we want to make it as easy as possible.

 All the orders will be eligible for return and refund of money, in case:

• The online rented product is received in ‘faulty/damaged’ condition.
• Request for return is raised within 48 hours of delivery of the product

Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not show on your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.

You may also note that refunds made on Knet, MasterCard, or Visa may take up to 4-6 weeks.

  How to exchange or replace a product?

In case of an incident where replacement of online rented arcades may be required, please contact us and we will arrange this in line with the Terms & Conditions for modifying an order.
